Double Size Bunk Beds
Finally there are also double sized bunk beds and these measure 137 x 190 cm and also known as 4.5 feet beds, but these will need a double size duvet.

What are TOG ratings?
TOG refers to the warmth of your duvet. The higher the TOG rating the warmer the duvet will be. TOG ratings range from 1-15, however in the UK the lightest available is 4.0 and the heaviest is 13.5 TOG.

It is important to understand that younger children can't regulate their own body temperature. That means they can easily overheat. You should never go higher than the recommended 4.5 tog.
Children Aged 4+
Older children can have a duvet. However, one important consideration is to consider the warmth of their bedroom when choosing a suitable tog rating for a duvet. A 4.5 or 7.5 tog rating will work best for the age range of 4 through to 12 years of age.
Teenagers
A 10.5 tog rating is best for this age group as it can be used all year round.
